Established in 2019 (Reg. 2019/128741/07), Kegole Academy of Learning was founded to deliver training, facilitation, leadership and management programmes tailored for corporates, government and community organisations across Southern Africa.

Kegole was founded with a clear conviction: that real workforce transformation depends on the quality of the partner delivering it. After thirty years across FMCG, transport, tourism and pharmaceuticals, our founder set out to build a training academy that actually moved the needle on B-BBEE scorecards, OHS compliance, and learner outcomes alike.
We are headquartered in Brooklyn, Pretoria, and run satellite operations in Pretoria, Rustenburg, Zimbabwe, Nigeria and Tanzania. A core executive of seven is supported by twenty facilitators, assessors and administrators — a structure that lets us hold quality consistent regardless of geography.
We are 100% black female-owned, with a Level 1 BBB-EE rating, and are accredited with QCTO and the major SETAs we serve.
Everything we build — every cohort, every assessment, every audit — is rooted in excellence, integrity and inclusivity.
We foster leadership, innovation and sustainable growth by delivering impactful learning solutions rooted in excellence, integrity and inclusivity — every time.
We help companies achieve sustainability and empower individuals to grow and excel — with measurable performance improvements that drive business growth.
From our HQ in Brooklyn, Pretoria, we run satellite offices across four countries — and a freelance facilitator network that scales delivery wherever you need it.
