Information we collect. When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone, organisation, country, and any details you choose to share about your project.
How we use it. Solely to respond to your enquiry, scope a programme or audit, and provide ongoing service updates. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Retention. Enquiry records are retained for as long as we have an active relationship, plus seven years for compliance and reporting purposes (SETA, B-BBEE, tax). You may request earlier deletion at any time.
